  Jane is a Northeast Pennsylvania native and a graduate of Plains High School.  She has been practicing law in Pennsylvania for over 28 years, with a primary concentration in family law matters.    Jane is admitted to the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, Middle District of Pennsylvania, U.S. Supreme Court, and the U.S. Court of Appeals of the Third Circuit. Jane is currently serving as the President of the Luzerne County Bar Association.   Committed to her community, Jane is a professional mentor to the Domestic Violence Service Center. Jane is a member St. Jude's Parish in Mountain Top where she is a member of the choir and volunteers as a religious education teacher.  Jane formerly served as the Zoning solicitor for Rice Township.

Stacey F. Acri, Esquire

Stacey Acri

Stacey specializes in estate planning, probate and guardianships. She is a Northeast Pennsylvania native and a 1991 graduate of Crestwood High School.  She attended the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University, graduating in 1995.  After law school, Stacey accepted a commission in the Judge Advocate General's Corps (JAGC) of the U.S. Navy, serving her country for over 7 years and providing military personnel and their families with legal expertise in criminal and civil matters.  In 2007, Stacey joined Acri Law Offices where she concentrated her practice in family law and estate planning services.  Stacey is admitted to the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and is a member of the Wilkes-Barre Law and Library Association.   Committed to her community, Stacey currently serves as a professional mentor to the Domestic Violence Service Center, an Auditor for Wright Township, the Adjutant of American Legion Post 781, the Chairwoman of the Junior Auxiliary for Unit 781 of the American Legion Auxiliary, and a religious education substitute teacher at St. Jude's Parish in Mountain Top.  Additionally, she serves on the committees for AdoptVets, Crestwood Education Foundation, and The General Federation of Women's Club of Mountain Top.
